Constipation is a common problem suffered by people who are dehydrated. One can easily alleviate this problem by just drinking adequate amounts of liquid every day.

Always carry a water container — carrying a bottle of water everywhere can be a great way to make sure on is properly hydrated every day.

Drink before and after working out — For sports enthusiast, it is advised to drink a glass of water before a workout and drink another afterwards.

Drink water at fixed intervals — if remember to drink water is a problem, one can easily solve it by regularly including it on a easy-to-remember to-do list. For example, one can drink water after waking up, at breakfast, lunch, dinner and before going to bed.

Drink water first before eating — For those wanting to lose weight, drinking water before eating can be a great way to curb appetites.
