Regular exercise will help improve your mood. It helps boost mood by stimulating the release of endorphins. Endorphins are hormones that help you feel happier and more relaxed.  Exercise also helps improve your appearance. You will probably feel better about yourself if you like what you see when you look in the mirror.

If you frequently feel tired, then exercise may increase your energy level. It helps deliver nutrients and oxygen to your cardiovascular system, which allows it to work more efficiently. You will have more energy if your lungs and heart work more efficiently.  Exercise also helps prevent insomnia. Furthermore, regular exercise will improve muscular endurance and strength.
